We request payment at the time of your appointment for any services not covered by insurance. Your insurance company may also require you to pay a co-payment at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and cash are accepted.
Financial Policies and Patient Billing
Children’s Eye Care and Surgery of Georgia will submit your insurance claim to our participating insurance carriers. For any remaining financial responsibility after insurance consideration, a single monthly statement will be provided for all Children’s Eye Care and Surgery of Georgia services. All balances are due in full upon receipt. If there are any payment questions regarding your account, please contact our practice manager at (770) 858-5437. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

If you have a balance that you can’t pay immediately, please keep in touch with us. With mutual cooperation and communication, we may arrange special payment terms for you. Our staff will work closely with patients who request and adhere to a payment plan.
